AdvantEdge Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
Returned products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. If the returned items do not meet these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
To return a purchased item, follow these steps:
1. Email us at sales@valleygrinding.com with your order number and specify which items you would like to return.
2. Ensure the items do not have any visible signs of use.
3. Package the products in the original packaging.
4. Purchase return shipping and send to:

Returns will be assessed and processed within 2-3 business days. Once accepted, you will be notified via email and will receive funds back into your account within 10 business days.
